1. Course Registration

• All course registrations must be completed in advance.

• You agree to provide accurate and current information.

2. Certification

• Certification is issued upon successful completion of the course.

• For AHA Heartsaver and BLS courses, certification is issued via eCard the same day.

3. Payments

• Payments must be completed prior to the class date.

• Accepted payment methods will be provided during the booking process.

​

4. Attendance

• You must arrive on time to complete your course requirements.

• Late arrivals may be denied entry and must reschedule, if later than 15 minutes.

5. Conduct

• Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

• We reserve the right to remove individuals without refund for violation of conduct policy.

6. Intellectual Property

• All course materials are owned by Intentional Movement CPR LLC or used with permission. Do not copy, distribute, or reproduce without consent.
